Program: Waffle House

Judy Blanton graduated from the University of Georgia. After graduation she was offered a position with Waffle House headquarters in Atlanta. She was responsible for opening new restaurants and hiring and training staff.  Waffle House focuses on growth management. The company maintains ownership and operations of all its locations. Even though franchise opportunities are and were  not generally offered or readily available, especially to the public, Judy realized her long-term goal after a few years was to some day own a Waffle House.  Judy will share her journey as a very successful business woman in the Dayton, Columbus, and Indianapolis areas.
