East End Community Services is building a prosperous, caring, and healthy community that nurtures children toward success. It provides youth, family, and neighborhood development programs to families in inner East Dayton to help break the cycle of multi-generation poverty.

The organization has programs for children and youth and for adults and families, such as neighborhood job connections, senior outreach services, and work experience programs.  
Some of the programs involve neighborhood revitalization in the areas of health, drugs, and crime; food access resiliency; housing and economic development; and a community market.
