NEWSLETTER: February 2018
Below are news articles from the latest newsletter (February 2018). If you need the newsletter in its entirety, please contact Newsletter Editor Teri Wilson. NOTE: This sad news was too late for the newsletter: Marjorie Wirth passed away January 8; services will be held Tuesday, January 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the Woodland Cemetery Chapel. |
About the February Luncheon:
Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end. The start of a new year is filled with a great deal of mystery as we do not know in many areas of our lives what is in store for us. For so many people, the New Year comes with a "Resolution." This act of resolving to do something can be filled with hope, powerful vision, restoration and in some cases transformation.
We are at a different place than we were before and some may feel that it is not a beginning but yet “a going on”. Whatever the case may be, if we are blessed to be given another 365 days in 2018 with all the wisdom we gained in 2017 those days will be so sweet.
Embrace the love and light that you are and think on these things for greater happiness:

- Stay present in the moment
- It is better to be loving than to be right
- Be thankful for at least one thing in your life
- Step outside of yourself
- Remember that prayer changes things
