College Women's Club Annual Fall Luncheon (Hosted by Gourmet South Study Group
From the CWC President:
As we begin the 2017 - 2018 College Women's Club organizational year we cannot help but feel the energy of this new season, a new journey and new growth and not be lead by a complacency of former years of success. .We must continue to change and evolve if we are to fulfil the legacy of Dr. Gertrude Felkner, our beloved founder. Her vision; providing a "safe space" for college educated women to celebrate their accomplishments and inspire one another to achieve their dreams is still apparent today. The diversity of our individual member experiences, nine months of personal empowerment and enrichment programs as well as thousands of hours of volunteer service in our outer communities is evidence that this vision is still vibrant. The launching of our website in January, 2017 has transcended The College Women's Club of Dayton, Ohio into a global presence. The members of CWC are rich in talent and those talents are in great need in the world today. Not only do we have a passion for life but also a passion for service.
If you are an existing member and are looking for an opportunity to serve within CWC, a college graduate or an individual who has earned a minimum of 60 college credit hours desiring to network with a community of your peers, please email me at [email protected] . I would love to hear from you!
