If you have visited the park recently, you may know about the many new exhibits and events. The purpose of the park is the same as it was in 1950 - to preserve Dayton's history and to highlight its unique contributions to the world: the airplane, cash register, automobile self-starter and much more. Sandy has witnessed over the past 14 years some of the Carillon's growth and will give you an inside view of the 70-year-old park, as well as a preview of some of the exciting plans for the years ahead. The 65-acre park has grown from eight original buildings to over thirty-five exhibit buildings today, and the number will most likely change from the time you read this until her presentation.
